Volkswagen Group of America (VWGoA) has developed a CRM Certification Program for the Volkswagen of America, Volkswagen Canada, and Audi of America brands.
To provide a cohesive approach to this process, CRM providers have been requested to develop a new set of standards that include value-add requirements to properly support their dealers and consumers. PBS has successfully completed certification and launched all our USA and Canadian VW – Audi retailers using our embedded CRM tools.
