Dealer Conference 2026 was PBS’ biggest and most attended Dealer Conference yet – a gathering of dealerships and PBS teams centered on where automotive retailing is headed and how dealers can help shape the platform that will get them there.

From the opening session to the final Q&A, engagement was everywhere. Sessions were packed, participation was active, and the questions kept coming. Dealers brought real-world experiences, challenges, and ideas to the table, creating the open dialogue that makes PBS’ Dealer Conference different.

“Dealer Conference is the best opportunity we have to listen directly to the people who use our platform every day,” said Shelly Scott, Senior Vice President. “The energy and openness we saw this year made it clear that people want to be part of these conversations – the ones that shape what’s ahead.”

These conversations were especially evident around v10 APEX, the latest evolution of our flagship DMS. Dealers connected directly with PBS developers, v10 APEX teams, and leadership to discuss what they’re seeing in their stores, what’s working, and where they see future opportunities. Their feedback continues to play a vital role in the evolution of the DMS. Because v10 APEX isn’t finished when it reaches a screen – it continues to evolve with the dealerships who use it.

The event also delivered a first look at opportunities available exclusively to attendees, generating significant interest throughout the conference. Among the biggest conversations was the integration of Dealer Image Pro into the v10 platform. Many attendees raised their hands to take advantage of the exclusive event offer, showing how Dealer Conference gives dealerships access to new capabilities and opportunities before they become available to the broader community.

“Dealer Conference gives our partners more than information – they get access, insight, and a direct line to the people building the future of their DMS,” said Lynn McNeill, Executive Vice President. “The level of participation this year reinforced just how valuable that connection is. Those who were in the room didn’t just hear about what’s coming up – they had a hand in creating it.”

The biggest takeaway from Dealer Conference 2026: the conversation doesn’t end when the event does.

The ideas, questions, and feedback shared in Nashville will continue to influence v10 APEX, the teams behind it, and the experiences dealerships have every day. That’s what makes Dealer Conference more than an annual event. It’s an ongoing dialogue between PBS and the dealers who help move the industry forward.

And now, the conversation is coming home.

In Nashville, it was revealed that Dealer Conference 2027 will return to Calgary, Alberta – home of PBS Systems. It’s a fitting next chapter for an event built around collaboration, connection, and shaping the future together.
