PBS is excited to announce a new Volvo USA integration for CRM leads where customer interaction activities in v10 will be communicated directly back to Volvo.

Incoming eLeads will enter v10 with a status of Lead and contain additional information such as customer details, Source, Deal Type, and more.

Most of the disposition changes communicated to Volvo will be triggered by modifications made to the Deal in v10, such as creating a sales appointment, receiving a customer text, delivering a vehicle, and more. This integration will also notify Volvo when the dealer “Stops the Clock” on new leads based on v10 actions such as texting, emailing, etc.
