Our next office building in Calgary is soon to be a reality!
We’re taking another giant leap forward by expanding our Shepherd Station HQ with another 88,000 sq. ft., four-story office tower, and a 10,000 sq. ft. hub building. This major investment reflects our vision for the future and unwavering commitment to both our employees and customers.
But this is more than just another office space – it’s an experience for the 350 staff it will welcome. Imagine industrial and automotive-inspired gathering spaces, fresh meeting and training rooms – all designed to spark motivation, ignite creativity, and empower our people to thrive.
This project strengthens our ability to deliver the exceptional service PBS is known for while reinforcing our dedication to attracting and retaining top talent through a modern, dynamic work environment.

Construction is expected to begin in April 2026, with completion estimated for Q4 2027.
