Efficiently managing parts and vehicles across multiple stores in your dealer group has never been easier!


PBS Enterprise Locators provide real-time visibility into inventory available within all your locations, better serving your customers and keeping more business within your group.


With the Enterprise Parts Locator, you’ll gain instant visibility into parts inventory across all branches within your company.


You can:

  • Search for parts using exact part numbers or general terms (fuzzy search)

  • View availability across multiple locations

  • Initiate a Divisional Parts Transfer by right-clicking on a part and selecting “Transfer”


Note: Certain user permissions and setups are required to enable this functionality.


With the Enterprise Vehicle Locator, you can find vehicles across different store inventories within your group. This not only helps customers find the vehicle they’re looking for, but it also retains business within your group and gives customers more options by expanding the view beyond your own lot!


This is especially useful for dealers operating as single-point stores that are still part of a larger group.


You can:

  • Search vehicle inventory across other stores in your dealer group (even if they’re hosted on a separate server)

  • Exclude or include your own store in the search

  • Help customers find vehicles of different makes or manufacturers that aren’t in stock locally


Note: Users must have the “Add or Edit Maintenance Items” permission under the Vehicle section in the General Security tab to use this feature.
