PBS will be following the Health Services recommendation regarding records management. Each employee will be required to scan into the building using their personal FOB each day. Most staff do scan in each day, however, do not be alarmed if the front door staff no longer open the door for you, or require each person in a small group arriving together, to scan in separately.
This will give us the means to advise the appropriate staff in the unlikely event an employee contracts COVID-19.
The data will be kept for a minimum of 2 weeks.
