Customer Support within PBS is categorized into two main areas:
Client Services
Our Client Services Representatives are those individuals on the front-line accepting your calls. Their troubleshooting and training expertise allows them to filter those calls that may require additional attention to an Account Manager or Product Specialist.
Software Services
Software Services individuals include Senior Product Specialists and Development QA Testing. Our Software Services department are those individuals who will review, design, and test the enhancements we receive from our customers. Software Services is also a vast knowledge base situated in close proximity to our Client Services.
