Evergreen Program
PBS developed the Evergreen Program exclusively for it's customers to address the ongoing issues of aging servers, expired warranties and server failures.
How it works:
- Initially, you will receive a new server, OS, ups and backup device.
- PBS warranties all hardware and will upgrade server components as required by the software.
- Before the server reaches 48 mths usage, PBS will contact you to schedule the installation of a new server at no additional charge.The old server is yours to keep.
Also:
- No initial purchase price
- Virus Protection/Assistance
- All freight charges, onsite staff and travel expenses needed to maintain your server and install new servers are included in the price of the monthly service agreement.
- Server Operating System upgrades are included.
