We understand the technology, but we are the first to admit that our customers are the experts on running their business. For this reason, we make every effort to foster communications.

Since 2000, PBS has been hosting an annual dealer conference for our customers. All our customers are invited and encouraged to attend. The focus is on training, highlighting all the new advances in the past year, promoting best practices and networking. Simultaneously at every session we are looking for your input, what would you like to have enhanced, added or changed.

We also invite our customers to get actively involved in product enhancement groups as well as new product reviews, early acceptance and beta testing. We know that it is through your input that we grow the various products. By working together we are able to deliver superior products and services.

At PBS it is much much more than the software and the systems. It is the people, the processes and how we treat you as the customer, how we give you a voice in the future of the software, how we involve you as a partner in our business.
