Your PAM's job is to completely understand your dealership and work with you to make the most of your PBS System. They monitor your ongoing system utilization, make recommendations, organize training requirements and facilitate any additional software or system needs.
Across the industry, dealerships typically feel they use less than 50% of their software. It is the responsibility of our account managers to change this. It is our goal to have you running as close to 100% utilization and efficiency as possible.
