Front Desk Clerk

Job Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Manage Front Door Access for Visitors, Deliveries & Pick-Ups
  • Collect, sort and deliver mail including courier items
  • Record and Post Daily Bank Deposit
  • Reconcile Bank Deposits against Invoices
  • Receivable Collection Activities – Including phoning, emailing and faxing
  • Order Office Supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels for these items
  • Monthly auto-invoicing to CallTrak customers
  • Customer First customer promotional material mailing
  • Electronic and hard copy filing
  • Physical In-house inventory count and from time to time Shipping and Receiving duties.
  • Building and other Office Management Duties as necessary 

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently and have excellent and courteous communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Working knowledge and experience with all Microsoft Office software
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Prior experience not a must, but entry level accounting and administration skills and/or training would be considered a definite asset.
