Front Desk Clerk
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Front Door Access for Visitors, Deliveries & Pick-Ups
- Collect, sort and deliver mail including courier items
- Record and Post Daily Bank Deposit
- Reconcile Bank Deposits against Invoices
- Receivable Collection Activities – Including phoning, emailing and faxing
- Order Office Supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels for these items
- Monthly auto-invoicing to CallTrak customers
- Customer First customer promotional material mailing
- Electronic and hard copy filing
- Physical In-house inventory count and from time to time Shipping and Receiving duties.
- Building and other Office Management Duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent and courteous communication skills both verbal & written.
- Working knowledge and experience with all Microsoft Office software
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Prior experience not a must, but entry level accounting and administration skills and/or training would be considered a definite asset.
